I purchased-my car just 5 days ago. Since day one, I have experienced ongoing issues, including a glitchy and slow screen, a malfunctioning mirror switch, and now the check engine light has come on. At NO point should these problems be occurring, especially with a vehicle I just purchased. This situation has been a huge inconvenience and has completely overshadowed what should have been an exciting and positive experience

Had unfortunately picked up a nail on one of my run flat tires, and as soon as I had noticed it I drove over to the Mercedes Benz of Rochester dealership. This happened during the lunch hour but nevertheless I was greeted promptly by Jak Bell who was able to have another tire in stock and took care of me quickly.

Everything about this dealership has been exceptional, including the service department and especially my salesperson, Shannon.Thompson. My only complaint would be how many times I have called the main number and encountered a recording directing me to leave a message. However, I simply call Shannon directly and she takes care of my issue. I will definitely buy my next car here - I just hope Shannon is still there in 3 years!

I had brought in my vehicle on 2/14/2022 in since I felt a vibration on the right side of the car. I was told that the front wheel needed a wheel bearing adjustment. I picked up the vehicle on 2/17/2021 at around 5:30 in the evening. The vehicle was driven home and not used until Saturday the 19th after 6pm. The problem was diagnosed correctly however, no batteries were available. I had to resort to an after market item to keep the car running. The service department did everything they could.
Mercedes Benz issued extended warranty letter covering parts of SBC Hydraulic brake system. Luck would have it, my car exhibited 'BRAKE' related warning shortly after. Took car in, was told I would pay diagnostic time if nothing was found warrantable, otherwise charge would be covered. Was given brand new C-300 service loaner (NICE car!) and was on my way. SBC pump replaced, entire brake system bled, no charge to me. **Felt I was treated as a loyal, paying customer. Would visit service again.

I had the worst experience at this dealership for service ever. I brought my car in for couple of issues to be looked at and after several thousand dollars of repairs, and driving up to the dealer several times , they did not correct the problems and every time I came back they asked for more money. Also I had my car detailed while it was there, and I think my 7 year old can do a much better job, paid $200 and the car was in the same condition as when I brought it in.

Went in to have my S Class serviced job was done efficiently and correctly. Afterwards walked through showroom promptly greeted by several members of sales staff. Shannon Thompson and Doug Stanley were very easy to work with and put me a new S Class at a great price.
The service at MB of Rochester is excellent. Mike Tatti took the time to correctly understand problems with my car and kept me updated while I wait. We had to test drive a couple of times in order to notice a peculiar problem that could only be replicated at highway speed. I was very happy when the service dept was able to solve it. Mike is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It felt great after each service.
